We wondered if the parents knew their kid was having so much fun..? The driver doesnt seem to mind. The giant road safety campaign poster in the background makes this so ironic.

this is so unbelievably dangerous. I get very upset when I see kids without seatbelts or carseats jumping around in moving vehicles let alone kids that stick their heads out windows and sun-roofs! how do we ensure that the safety belt laws are enforced in this beloved nation of ours kan?
